Energy Quest Sdn Bhd (EQ) is a Malaysian-based company that provides integrated E&P consulting services in the areas of subsurface, surface, and core & fluid studies. We are a technology and knowledge based business where our primary assets are industry recognized E&P professionals.

EQ is powered by more than 30 experienced industry professionals, from diverse disciplines such as geology, geophysics, petrophysics, sedimentology, subsurface & production engineering, drilling engineering, facilities engineering and petroleum economics, each with 10 to 30 years of industry experience.

EQ is also equipped with state-of-the-art industry standard software, hardware and infrastructure. Our specialized integrated multi-disciplinary upstream consultancy services include a wide range of services throughout the oil and gas Exploration & Production (E&P) cycle, from the exploration phase to the tertiary production phase.

The services include geological fieldwork, field/block data acquisition, prospect and basin evaluation, Resource Assessment, Field Development Plan, Full Field Review, Enhanced/Improved Oil Recovery and other specialized studies such as Low resistivity low contrast (LRLC), sedimentology, biostratigraphy and fluid & core analyses.
